Cat Volunteer Orientation

Interested in supporting the wonderful cats of STAF as a volunteer? Then we would love for you to join us at Cat Volunteer Orientation and experience what a great impact volunteers have on the lives of our fantastic feline friends!
If you would like to attend Cat Volunteer Orientation on this date, please email our Cat Orientation Team at CatOrientation@staf.org to make an appointment. Cat Volunter Orientations are currently limited to three people per session and we ask that you please register 24 hours in advance. New volunteers will also need to complete a brief application which can be downloaded below. If possible, please attach your completed application to your appointment email. If you need to print your completed application and bring it to orientation or you need to fill out an application at the shelter, just let us know in your email.
Please note that some shifts are full, so please be prepared to be flexible in your scheduling. We also have several shifts in need. First and foremost is the Saturday evening shift who would greatly appreciate any dedicated, long-term help. Friday evenings are also in need. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings are also particularly in need at the moment.
This is a hands-on orientation – dress to get furry! Orientation starts promptly at the time indicated below. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you soon!
(All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and STAF cannot provide community service hours.)
